Spanish inspired architecture completed in 2002. Interior concept based on renewed aged villa. To compliment the concept, brush painted architraves, antique brushed travertine, tumbled marble were chosen as interior architectural finishes. Timber paneling at stairwell and false timber joist at ceiling were introduced to further enhance the concept. Interior furnishing was evolving in the love of luxurious Italian furniture and fittings. Placed in a minimalist manner to showcase the quality of selected furniture.
